a base rate that will enable you to
decide what you are interested in
and how much time you would like
to incorporate into your photoshoot/s.
This can help you to develop/estimate
your own needs.

This rate includes all images on CD in original, high-quality digital format. Does not include professional retouching. Printing extra if required.

Modeling Package: HIGH-Q [STANDARD]
                                "Starter Package"

For people interested in modeling, acting,
etc., or building a portfolio, this is a fantastic
starting point for a high-quality industry
standard photo session. Don't settle for
anything less than the best.

Includes:

   • Initial consultation with Tobias Beharrell

   • One hour studio session with
     photographer (30-60 shots) that
     you may use at your discretion
    (portfolio, etc.)

   • 1 CD of full-resolution proofs in 12x8"-
     sized, Industry Standard 300dpi printable
     versions (email quality images on request)

   • 1 8x10 digital image completely re-
      touched

    • 5 high quality 8x10 repros (prints) of your
      layout (touched-up) image, no limits on
      reprinting yourself.

    • Online proofs on request (some limitations)

For specific professional needs (i.e. advertising, promotional shoots, contest shots, larger portfolio shoots, covershoots, coverstories, events, etc.) that often require wardrobe changes, makeup,
stylist (not included), day rates are charged.   Additional time or post-production professional re-touching will be charged at hourly rate if required.

Shoots can take place at Zane Media
studio setting or on-location:

$665.00 / half day*
For sessions 5 hours or less, includes
one hour of professional re-touching of
photos [post-production work]

$1195.00 / full day*
For sessions 10 hours or less includes
up to two hours of professional re-touching
of photos [post-production work]

    * • Includes photographer, digital cameras,
        lighting equipment, location assistant.
        (Wardrobing, makeup, hair or stylist
        must be arranged seperately).

      • No cost for travel within 10km radius
        of Winnipeg downtown. For distant
        locations, please inquire.

      • *Includes delivery of images on CD
         at 300dpi print resolution and/or original
         digital files

      • No limit on number of shots taken

      • Includes most corporate, advertising,
        publication, event and promotional photo
        situations. Call for specific events.

Upon receipt of full payment, all photos remain the property of the subject and Tobias Beharrell Photography/Zane Media. Release required prior to all photoshoots. Owners are free to use said photos with no further charges, fees, or royalties, and may reproduce same without consent of Tobias Beharrell/Zane Media.

Photographer will not use images for any reason other than to present work in a portfolio-type situation, or as promotion either printed, electronic or any other form currently used or that may be used in the future. Should any photograph be sold for profit, it is a requirement that both parties sign a release statement agreeing to credit photographer under all circumstances, in all situations of print, media or useage.

It is not the intention of Tobias Beharrell Photography/Zane Media to profit from the use of a subject's photographs but, rather, to afford Tobias Beharrell Photography / Zane Media all rights, trusts and expectations suggested or afforded by law, copyright and legal rights applicable to any artist/s in Canada and the United States.

Fifty percent (50%) payment required to
guarantee booking (minimum two weeks prior to shoot date, sooner for larger shoots/events), balance on shoot date.

Tobias Beharrell Photography/Zane Media reserves the right to amend these conditions without notice at any time.
